The DOTr has officially started sending out Offers To Buy (OTB) to property owners affected by the Mindanao Railway. Rumors started circulating in the community since mid-March. But copies of official OTBs had finally been obtained.
Out of respect for the property owners, identifiable information has been blacked out. Only key details about what is expected of property owners and the timeline for a response to the offer have been retained.
