LGU Carmen led by Mayor Leony Bahague together with the DOTR - PMO DAVAO XI personnel led by Ms. Nikki Yngayo and Vench Quesada release cheques payment to 4 land owners from Barangay Ising and Barangay Salvacion who were affected by the alignment of the Mindanao Railway Project - Carmen Segment.
