The Mindanao Railway Grievance - Tagum conducted a seminar/training to the Barangay Captains and Purok Leaders of the affected area specifically Brgy. Mankilam and Brgy. San Miguel last November 11 & 13, 2020 at City Hall Government Center, JV Ayala Avenue, Apokon Tagum City.
It was led by our City Legal Officer - Atty. Randy E. De Gala, Attorney IV - Atty. Kathy Florence Baldonado-Guitterez, REB and Admin Officer V - Atty. Zina D. Caidic.
The objective of the GRM Seminar/Training is to equip and mobilize our Barangay Team, as members of the First Level of GRM Committee, in addressing grievances of the Project Affected Persons (PAPs).
In line with this, PAPs may now address their concerns, issues and inquiries to their respective Barangays and Purok Leaders.
