This is the southern-most station of Phase 1 of the Mindanao Railway System and will be a terminal station.
The passenger entrance to this station is along the Digos Diversion Road on the Pan-Philippine Highway. However the railway for the station itself will be pass through a road that connects the Pan-Philippine Highway and McArthur Highway.

Official layout of the Digos station shows two entry points for the facility. A passenger entrance along the Pan-Philippine Highway, and an entrance for the train itself.
