This is the site of the main station for Phase 1 of the Mindanao Railway System as well the sub-depot.
The station and sub-depot are located along Maharlika Highway (or simply the "Diversion Road" for folks who grew up in Davao in the 80s). It is situated between Monteriz Classic Estates and Villa Seniorita subdivision. It is beside the un-used Artica sports dome.
The DENR Environment Impact assessment report for this station showed the following aerial view of the site.
An establishment that was mentioned in the report, by business type rather than by name, is the following shooting range. It is actually visible in the graphic above, although it is obscured by the left-end of the blue transect line.
This is the layout of the Langub station, the three rails, and the railroad wye leading to the sub-depot. This will be first ever wye in Mindanao. It also shows the spaces reserved for parking spaces for passengers.
